Altermind respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.
Data we collect
The personal data we collect relates to your academic works and your interactions with Altermind.
We may collect personal data about you from three main sources:
- Data already made public: H-Index, titles of publications, publications per year, citations per year, co-authors;
- Data you provided to us, in particular through the questionnaire or phone conversations: age, position, contact details, subject areas, languages;
- Data obtained in the ordinary course of our relationship with you: past interactions with Altermind, payment details, working methods.
How we process the data
The personal data we collect is processed in Altermind’s database, called ASSET, which is used in order to identify the relevant experts to complete Altermind’s missions for its clients. Only Altermind’s partners and employees have access to this database.
Data retention
The personal data we collect is stored in our database for a 5-year period after data collection.
Your legal rights
In accordance with articles 15 to 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the following rights in relation with your personal: right of access, right of rectification, right of erasure, right of blocking, right to data portability, right to object, right of complaint to the National Commission of Data Protection and Liberties (CNIL).
